Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries in Hebrew across phone email and chat.
Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently.
Ensure customer satisfaction by offering timely and empathetic support.
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex cases.
Work in line with company procedures and service quality standards.

Requirements

Language skills:
- Native or C1/C2 level in Hebrew.
- Minimum B2 level in English (written and verbal).
Full-time availability.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
Must already be based in Lithuania
