Job Summary

Architectural Designer

Location: Phnom Penh

Salary: $1200-$2500 Per month (subject to experience)

Start: Immediate

Our client a leader in residential and commercial property development in Phnom Penh is seeking a creative and skilled Architectural Designer to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing architectural designs for a variety of residential and commercial construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and prepare architectural designs and drawings from concept through to construction documentation.
Collaborate with engineers MEP designers and other construction professionals to ensure a cohesive and integrated project design.
Produce detailed drawings 3D models and renderings using software such as AutoCAD Revit and SketchUp.
Ensure all designs comply with local building codes regulations and project requirements.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in architectural design for both residential and/or commercial properties.
Proficiency in AutoCAD Revit SketchUp and other architectural design software.
Strong understanding of building construction materials and local regulations.
Excellent design visualization and communication skills.
