Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer to lead the end-to-end design strategy for our digital platforms. The role focuses on creating seamless intuitive and visually appealing user experiences while collaborating closely with product managers engineers and business stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

Product Design & Strategy: Lead UX vision and strategy for Marketplace Banking or Loyalty platforms ensuring consistent and high-quality user experiences. Collaborate with PMs POs and Instructional Designers to align business and learning goals.
AI & Innovation: Design AI-driven adaptive learning paths and personalized interfaces. Utilize Generative AI tools for wireframes UX copy and research analysis. Explore beyond-screen experiences (voice gesture immersive tools).
Design System & Craft: Own and scale the enterprise-level Design System. Ensure efficient design handoff with engineering using Design Tokens. Conduct advanced user research and translate insights into impactful designs.
Leadership & Mentorship: Present design concepts to executives and product leads. Mentor junior designers to uphold design quality accessibility and consistency.

Main Requirements:

3 years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design with strong portfolio across multi-product ecosystems.
Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools with ability to use Generative AI in design.
Solid understanding of product metrics data analysis and collaboration with technical teams.
Experience with micro-frontends mobile-first design or low-bandwidth optimization.
Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS) and design-to-code principles.
