We are looking for a Czech-speaking Service Desk Analyst to join our clients IT support team in Budapest. This role involves providing first-line technical support to users managing IT-related queries and ensuring that technical issues are resolved efficiently and professionally. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills a customer-oriented mindset and the ability to handle technical challenges with confidence.


Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for IT incidents via phone chat email or self-service portal.

  • Log and track all issues in the IT Service Management (ITSM) system ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.

  • Coordinate with internal technical teams to resolve complex issues when necessary.

  • Take ownership of user problems and communicate progress until resolution.

  • Maintain service levels and meet performance targets (KPIs and SLAs).

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain professionalism at all times.

  • Identify opportunities to improve IT processes and user experience.

  • Adhere to company and client policies standards and service procedures.


Requirements

  • Fluency in Czech (C1/native level) and strong English skills (written and spoken).

  • Previous experience in IT Service Desk Technical Support or Application Support (L1L2 level).

  • Good understanding of operating systems databases and general IT concepts.

  • Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow BMC Remedy or similar.

  • Knowledge of ITIL frameworks (certification is a plus).

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to multitask.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities with a customer-first approach.

  • Willingness to work on-site in Budapest Hungary.


Preferred Qualifications

  • IT-related certifications such as ITIL MCSE or similar technical credentials.

  • Familiarity with SAP applications or monitoring tools.
