Job Summary
A leading FMCG manufacturer in Boston is seeking a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to strengthen their established team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer to join a fast-paced environment where your skills will directly impact site performance and reliability.
What youll be doing
- Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on production machinery
- Fault finding and repair across electrical mechanical pneumatic and PLC systems
- Supporting continuous improvement changeovers and new installations
- Ensuring compliance with health safety and technical standards
What youll need
- Time-served or qualified Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Level 3 Engineering or completed apprenticeship)
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
- Background in FMCG or manufacturing environments
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver results across a shift-based role
