Job Summary

Synergi have an exciting Opportunity for an Engineering Manager at a leading manufacturing company based in North West London. We have partnered with a thriving manufacturing business in London that is on the lookout for an enthusiastic and experienced Engineering Manager to join their team.

Engineering Manager Key Responsibilities:

Managing a team of 16 Engineers in a multi-faceted production environment.
Have key input in continuous improvement projects to increase efficiencies & reduce downtime.
Manage key accounts
Managing the entire Engineering Budget
CAPEX projects
Effectively manage workflow and team resources to optimize productivity.
Hands-on support when needed
Strategic planning

Desired Experience:

Technical knowledge PLCs
Strong leadership and management experience.
Experience in a fast-paced heavy industrial manufacturing environment.
Proven experience in team management and leadership within a fast-paced setting.
Managing CAPEX projects
Understanding of lean methodologies
FMCG & High-volume manufacturing.
Experience in a hands-on Managerial role.
Motivational skills with a talent for team building and upskilling.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Proficiency in working with PLCs such as Siemens & Mitsubishi.
Background in plant machinery maintenance ideally within the FMCG sector.
Strategic planning to drive a company to excellence.
