Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Executive presentations: Design animate and refine high-stakes PowerPoint/Keynote decks for the Chairman and executive leadership ensuring professional polish and visual coherence.
Advanced animation: Create sophisticated animated slides motion graphics and interactive transitions that elevate storytelling and engage high-level audiences.
Storytelling & narrative design: Translate complex technical policy and strategic information into clear compelling visual narratives.
Data visualization: Work closely with analytics teams to turn complex datasets into clean elegant visuals and animated infographics.
Multimedia design: Produce short video explainers animated openers and digital motion loops for events and high-level presentations.
Brand leadership: Maintain and evolve MTSs executive visual identity ensuring all materials are aligned with corporate brand standards.
Event support: Create visual materials motion backdrops and presentation sequences for conferences international summits and MoU signings.
Confidentiality: Handle sensitive materials related to national and international projects with the utmost professionalism.
Rapid execution: Deliver under pressure often on short notice with flawless attention to detail and creative flair.

Qualifications & Experience

710 years of experience in presentation design motion graphics or visual communication ideally in corporate consulting or government settings.
Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Multimedia Arts or Visual Communication (Masters a plus).
Proven experience designing executive-level presentations and motion-enhanced visuals.
Bilingual proficiency (Arabic & English) in written and visual communication.

Core Skills

Superb animation skills using tools such as After Effects PowerPoint animation Premiere Pro or Keynote motion.
Expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator Photoshop InDesign) and Figma.
Strong data visualization capabilities (charts infographics motion dashboards).
Understanding of visual hierarchy storytelling and brand consistency.
Impeccable attention to detail layout and typography.
Excellent time management and communication skills.
