This vital role ensures the smooth functioning of our daily operations supporting our commitment to delivering top-quality legal and corporate services. The successful candidate will play a key part in maintaining our standards of excellence.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the corporate team
- Manage and organize documents including filing copying and scanning legal documents
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence redirect as appropriate
- Maintain an efficient organized and professional office environment
- Perform additional administrative duties as required to support the team
Qualifications and Skills:
- Fluent in English and Greek (both written and spoken)
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a positive attitude
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting
- Previous experience in secretarial or administrative roles is advantageous but not essential
