This vital role ensures the smooth functioning of our daily operations supporting our commitment to delivering top-quality legal and corporate services. The successful candidate will play a key part in maintaining our standards of excellence.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the corporate team
  • Manage and organize documents including filing copying and scanning legal documents
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings
  • Handle incoming calls and correspondence redirect as appropriate
  • Maintain an efficient organized and professional office environment
  • Perform additional administrative duties as required to support the team

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Fluent in English and Greek (both written and spoken)
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a positive attitude
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting
  • Previous experience in secretarial or administrative roles is advantageous but not essential
