The Role:

As a Senior Cloud Engineer you will design implement and manage scalable secure and high-performing AWS cloud infrastructure for mission-critical systems. Youll collaborate with Cloud Architects DevOps teams and software engineers to deliver robust event-driven cloud solutions that support real-time trading platforms.

Key Responsibilities -

Deploy and manage fault-tolerant cloud infrastructure on AWS for global platforms.
Design event-driven architectures using EventBridge Kinesis SNS and SQS.
Develop containerized workloads using Fargate and Docker.
Optimize networking with VPCs Direct Connect and Transit Gateway to ensure secure low-latency communication.
Implement security best practices using IAM AWS WAF KMS and compliance with SOC 2 / ISO 27001 standards.
Automate deployments through CI/CD pipelines using CodePipeline CodeBuild and GitOps practices.
Monitor and troubleshoot using CloudWatch X-Ray Prometheus and Grafana.
Collaborate and mentor contributing to architecture reviews and continuous improvement.
Establish disaster recovery strategies leveraging AWS-native tools.

Your Profile:

5 years of experience in cloud infrastructure roles with 3 years focused on AWS.
Proven experience designing and microservices in distributed environments.
Strong background in networking event-driven systems and data streaming architectures.
Proficiency with AWS services including EC2 EKS RDS S3 Lambda DynamoDB and EventBridge.
Hands-on experience with automation frameworks and monitoring tools.
Solid understanding of cloud security IAM and compliance frameworks.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
AWS Certifications (Solutions Architect / SysOps Administrator) are an advantage.
