About the Role
Join a vibrant and dynamic team as a Dutch Speaking Travel Experience Advisor and help create unforgettable travel experiences for guests and hosts alike. As a key part of our customer support team you will provide assistance across multiple channels and ensure top-notch service throughout the customer journey.
Key Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer care via phone chat and email in Dutch and English

Assist with account creation and resolve any related issues

Facilitate effective communication between hosts and guests

Troubleshoot and resolve general support queries in a timely and efficient manner
-
Handle and de-escalate complaints while ensuring customer satisfaction
-
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow internal procedures
What Were Looking For

Fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-
Previous experience in customer support is a plus
-
Comfortable working in a fast-paced multicultural environment
-
Willingness to work on a rotational shift basis including weekends and holidays
-
Proficient with digital tools and multitasking across multiple platforms
