Job Summary

Responsibilities:
--- Lead development of new composite materials from concept through commercial production.
--- Drive applied and fundamental research to enhance product performance.
--- Troubleshoot production challenges with a practical hands-on approach.
--- Manage project timelines budgets and regulatory compliance.
--- Monitor scientific industrial and market trends to guide innovation.
--- Support intellectual property development and protection.
--- Ensure adherence to safety health and environmental standards.
Qualifications:
--- MS or PhD in Engineering or Materials Science with 5 years R&D experience in polymers textiles composites or related industries
--- Strong analytical conceptual and problem-solving skills.
--- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
--- Knowledge of statistics and experimental design.
--- Able to work in the USA without sponsorship now or in the future.
