Who We Are Looking For:
An individual who can perform all receiving activities to ensure the efficient and economical utilization of facilities for storing and distributing goods. This individual will be responsible for receiving storing issuing delivering and accounting for warehouse materials.
What is Expected of You:
Receive inspect and count incoming goods against orders and specifications
Verify orders for correctness and condition
Coordinate with Purchasing Department for the return of goods
Report deviations from orders to Purchasing
Store materials in the warehouse
Fill orders and issue supplies upon receipt of approved requisitions
Deliver materials to user departments
Verify correctness of orders with the receiving department and obtain authorized signatures on warehouse receiving records
Prepare and maintain reports and records as required
Respond to requests for mail orders exchanges and other guest relations
Responsible for preparation of inventories conduct periodic spot checks and pre-counts and work with Warehouse Supervisor to ensure established inventory procedures are maintained
Assist Food and Beverage in delivering food orders into kitchens
Ensure warehouse facility is kept clean orderly safe and secure at all times
Work closely with Purchasing Department
Perform other reasonable duties as assigned
Experience You Will Need:
High School/GED
12 years of related experience
12 years of forklift experience (required)
Bilingual (preferred)
CDL License (required)
Valid Drivers License
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours per shift)
Regularly lift carry push and pull items up to 50 pounds independently; occasionally lift up to 50 pounds with assistance
Frequent bending reaching and kneeling to handle and move materials
May be required to climb ladders or step stools to access inventory
Frequent use of hands wrists and arms to handle move and operate tools or warehouse equipment
May be required to operate pallet jacks dollies or forklifts (with proper certification)
Certificates Licenses Registrations:
Able to obtain and maintain necessary licenses and/or certifications as required by local gaming regulations
