Job Summary

About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Recruiter to oversee and drive the recruitment function ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality talent across diverse roles and industries. This leadership position requires expertise in managing the full recruitment lifecycle developing innovative sourcing strategies and guiding a team to achieve hiring goals. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong client management skills a proven ability to lead recruiters and deep knowledge of talent acquisition best practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead mentor and manage a team of recruiters to achieve hiring objectives and maintain high performance.

  • Oversee the full recruitment cycle including sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding candidates.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders hiring managers and clients to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.

  • Develop and implement strategic sourcing methods to attract top talent including passive candidates.

  • Monitor recruitment metrics analyze performance data and report on progress to leadership.

  • Ensure compliance with employment laws hiring regulations and company policies.

  • Drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes tools and candidate experience.

  • Manage vendor relationships job boards and recruitment technology platforms to maximize effectiveness.

  • Partner with leadership to forecast staffing needs and workforce planning initiatives.

  • Stay updated on market trends salary benchmarks and talent acquisition innovations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.

  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter Indeed and other job boards.

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies market mapping and advanced sourcing techniques.

  • Proven track record of successfully managing recruitment teams and achieving hiring goals.

  • Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience recruiting in specialized industries such as technology healthcare or engineering.

  • Knowledge of HR compliance employment law and best practices in diversity hiring.

  • Experience implementing recruitment technology CRMs or automation tools to enhance efficiency.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data for decision-making and process improvements.

  • Demonstrated ability to build long-term partnerships with business leaders and clients.
