As a growing organization we are seeking highly motivated and experienced professionals to join our team as Field Managers.
Position Overview
The Field Manager plays a critical role in the success of every project. This position requires a highly organized leader with deep knowledge of trade work scheduling and construction processes. The Field Manager will oversee field operations ensuring compliance with safety quality and project timelines while maintaining strong relationships with subcontractors clients and local authorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Project Management to develop monitor and maintain project schedules from start to completion.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety standards for all employees and subcontractors.
- Interpret and apply project drawings specifications building codes and construction methods.
- Track and communicate project bulletins changes and updates.
- Conduct quality control inspections and verify correct layout and construction methods.
- Manage scheduling and inventory for job site materials and equipment.
- Proactively resolve on-site conflicts to maintain workflow.
- Build and sustain effective relationships with subcontractors project management code officials and clients.
Position Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in the commercial construction industry.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word Excel Outlook and Procore.
- OSHA and CPR certifications (preferred).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to travel throughout the United States as required.
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
- Strong commitment to safety quality and problem-solving.
