Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Back End Developer to join our growing team. As a Back End Developer you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the server-side components of our web applications. You will work closely with our front-end developers designers and project managers to deliver high-quality scalable and secure software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design develop and maintain server-side components of web applications

- Collaborate with front-end developers designers and project managers to understand project requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs

- Write clean efficient and well-documented code

- Troubleshoot and debug issues in a timely manner

- Ensure the security and scalability of our applications

- Optimize application performance and scalability

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in back end development

- Continuously improve processes and technologies used within the team

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in back end development

- Proficient in server-side languages such as Java Python or Ruby

- Experience with popular web frameworks such as Spring Django or Ruby on Rails

- Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML CSS and JavaScript

- Experience with database management and optimization

- Knowledge of security best practices and experience implementing security measures in web applications

- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
