Unity Communications is looking for an AT&T Channel Manager to lead our indirect sales initiatives and strengthen our partnerships within the telecommunications ecosystem.
In this role youll design and execute innovative channel strategies that boost revenue enhance partner performance and expand our market reach. How You Spend Your Eight Hours
- Design and execute channel marketing programs and processes to enhance value and improve partner performance
- Identify and onboard new channel partners resellers and intermediaries aligned with Unitys strategic goals
- Develop and implement integrated channel plans that leverage business opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Educate and support partners with product knowledge sales materials and up-to-date information to ensure success
- Build competitive value propositions and go-to-market strategies to mitigate market threats
- Design and manage content-driven campaigns to attract and convert customers through partner channels
- Analyze campaign data and create dashboards to track performance optimize outcomes and identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Marketing and Operations to ensure partner alignment and program success
What You Must Possess
- Strong understanding of strategic services telecommunications and technology markets
- At least three years of experience in channel management partner sales or B2B marketing (BPO or tech sector preferred)
- Proven ability in project management and campaign execution
- Excellent analytical communication and relationship management skills
- Proficiency with CRM reporting and collaboration tools (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot Asana)
- Spanish proficiency (preferred)
