About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to oversee operational excellence within a fastpaced Call Center / BPO environment. This is a pivotal role supporting a multilingual team driving performance and ensuring outstanding service delivery across channels.
Main Responsibilities
Lead coach and motivate a customer service team to exceed KPIs.
Manage workload distribution schedule adherence and quality standards.
Develop team skills through training coaching and performance management.
Handle escalations professionally and provide timely solutions.
Liaise with internal stakeholders to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Team Leader in a Call Center/BPO environment (minimum 1 year in leadership).
Native or C2 Spanish proficiency English B2.
Strong communication problemsolving and organizational skills.
Ability to work flexible shifts in a 24/7 operational structure.
Resultsdriven mindset and experience managing performance metrics.
Contract & Benefits
Contract Type: Permanent with 180day trial period
Health Insurance: From Day 1 (monthly contribution required; fully free after 6 months)
Salary Package:
Base Salary: 1188 / month
Annual Performance Bonus: Up to 2400 (150 monthly 150 quarterly)
Meal Allowance: 7.23 per day
Transport Allowance: 20 per month
Relocation Package: Available for candidates moving from abroad.
