Customer Service Specialist Website Solutions (French-speaking)
Location: Lisbon Portugal (On-site)

Job Description:
We are looking for a French-speaking Customer Service Specialist to join our Website Solutions project in Lisbon.
In this role you will provide professional assistance to French-speaking customers supporting them with inquiries related to digital marketing and web design solutions. You will ensure each client receives a high-quality efficient and friendly experience helping businesses grow their online presence.
This position is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills and a genuine interest or experience in digital marketing website creation or online services.
Working Schedule:
Monday to Friday between 06:00 and 22:00 (8 hour rotative shifts)
Uber transportation provided (up to 25) for early morning shifts starting at 06:00.
Days off: Saturday and Sunday enjoy your weekends free!
Profile Requirements:
Fluency in French (C1) and at least B1 level in English
Strong communication and customer service skills
Interest or experience in digital marketing and/or web design (mandatory)
Positive proactive and team-oriented attitude
Must reside in Portugal
What We Offer:
Attractive Compensation Package:

Base salary: 900euro x 14 months

Attendance bonus: 80 euro x 12 months

Meal allowance: 7.23 euro per worked day

Transport allowance: 20 euro per month

Welcome bonus: 2000 euro
Contract type: 6-month CDD (fixed-term) contract
