Your Responsibilities

Assist customers via phone email and chat in Portuguese
Handle inquiries with professionalism and empathy
Resolve issues and guide users with provided solutions
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience

Language Requirements

Portuguese: C2
English: B2

Work Schedule

Monday to Saturday (including bank holidays)
09:00 AM 06:00 PM (Spanish time)
Days off: Sunday 1 rotational day per week
