Your key responsibilities:
Ensure flawless payroll processing and data accuracy
Manage social security declarations and tax reporting
Partner with payroll vendors and internal teams
Support onboarding training and process improvements
Provide expert guidance on labor law and social security
What you bring:
4 years managing Polish payroll independently
Deep knowledge of Polish payroll labor law social security and Płatnik
Strong Excel skills and a university degree
Experience working in a large corporation and fast-paced environment
Fluent in Polish and English
Analytical mindset with great attention to detail
Proactive client-focused attitude
What makes you stand out:
Experience with SAP Workday or SSC/BPO environments
