Were seeking a Creative Producer/Director to lead the strategic vision and execution of content across the clients social platforms. This is a hands-off creative leadership role; youll define the why and what not the how (no writing/designing/editing). Youll orchestrate bold culturally savvy ideas while leveraging AI tools (like Google Veo3 AI and Kling AI) to innovate video production.

- Brand voice guardian: Define and maintain a distinct globally resonant tone (with an innate pulse on U.S. and international trends).
- Thought leadership: Drive provocative cultural commentary and agency storytelling that positions us as industry leaders.
- AI-powered production: Spearhead the use of generative video tools (Veo3 Kling etc.) to streamline workflows and pioneer new formats.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with strategy creative and leadership teams to align content with business goals.
- Fast-paced leadership: Guide editors clients and creators in a deadline-driven environment balancing innovation with scalability.
