Role Overview
You will build and maintain real-world automation workflows that power internal operations marketing and growth. This is a highly practical execution-focused role suited for someone who enjoys solving real business problems through automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement automation workflows using Zapier Make or n8n

Integrate APIs CRMs marketing tools and internal systems

Write scripts in Python or JavaScript when needed

Monitor debug and optimize automation workflows
- Collaborate closely with operations and growth teams to identify automation opportunities
Requirements
- 13 years of experience in automation or backend workflow development

Hands-on experience with no-code / low-code automation tools

Basic to intermediate programming skills (Python preferred)

Strong understanding of APIs and system integrations
