Job Summary
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking research and market analysis
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers understanding their financial needs and delivering tailored loan solutions
- Conduct sales meetings and presentations to promote our loan products and services highlighting the benefits and value proposition
- Negotiate and close deals to drive revenue growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing product and operations to ensure a seamless customer experience and drive business growth
- Continuously monitor and report on sales performance and market trends identifying areas for improvement and optimising sales strategies
Requirements:s
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience selling loans to HNIs & Private individuals.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Excellent communication negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions
- Strong knowledge of financial services industry and lending products
- Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in wealth management or private banking
- Knowledge of the private wealth market and competitive landscape
- Experience with sales strategy development and execution
- Strong network of contacts in the private sector
