Our client delivers Microsoft Teamsintegrated communication solutions designed to help global enterprises improve collaboration boost productivity and enable hybrid working. Their innovative portfolio includes UCaaS contact centre and connectivity technologies.

The Role: Sales Support Executive

As a Sales Support Executive you will play a vital role in supporting the sales team and ensuring the smooth delivery of client projects. Youll be responsible for:

Providing administrative and operational support to the sales and account management teams.
Assisting with quotations proposals and order processing.
Coordinating between internal teams partners and clients to ensure excellent service delivery.
Maintaining accurate CRM records and managing client communications.
Supporting the preparation of client meetings and sales reports.

About You

Were looking for someone who:

Has experience in a Sales Support Customer Service or Sales Operations role within Telecoms IT or Unified Communications.
Is highly organised detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
Has excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Enjoys working collaboratively but can also take initiative and work independently.
Is comfortable occasionally travelling to London for team or client meetings.
