Our work
You will be responsible for varied challenging complex tax legal work which often sets the pace in the market. Our team is responsible for delivering timely commercially focussed and cost-effective advice to clients on the tax issues arising out of a wide range of transactions.
In this role you will work on all types of tax matters for an enviable range of clients including domestic and multinational corporates leading financial institutions and ultra high-net wealth individuals and family offices. We work closely with colleagues in other practice groups including M&A Banking and Funds Management.

You will work with highly regarded Partners known for the breadth and depth of their expertise. Along with quality work you will be mentored and guided in your career to help you achieve your full potential as a tax lawyer. As a team we share new ideas and have a cohesive approach to client needs.
You will have:
recognised tax experience gained in a similar environment;
excellent analytical communication and research skills;
a strong commitment to client service and a well-developed ability to manage internal and external stakeholders;
demonstrated ability to work within teams;
enthusiasm to be involved in business development activities; and
experience in drafting documents with skill and precision (including opinions letters of advice information memorandums agreements etc).
Ideally you will also have experience advising clients in the banking and financial and funds sectors.
