The Executive Office Internship at Cone Health provides a hands-on opportunity to support strategic initiatives across departments such as Workforce Development Philanthropy and Financial Planning. Interns will contribute to operational workflows assist with data analysis and help manage projects that enhance workforce development employee engagement and system-wide improvement efforts. This role is ideal for students seeking exposure to healthcare operations analytics and cross-functional collaboration. This internship position is a time-limited temporary position with a start date and orientation on 1/26/26. The total number of hours that an intern can work during this timeframe is 250 hours. Responsibilities

- Collect analyze and summarize data related to program performance workforce trends and strategic planning.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external partners on development of mentoring/shadowing opportunities for high school students who attend two local high schools.
- Manage multiple concurrent tasks and priorities effectively.
- Support the development implementation and tracking of internal initiatives events and retention programs.
- Assist with database management reporting and documentation of key processes.
- Prepare presentations reports and communication materials for leadership and stakeholders.
- Conduct research on industry benchmarks best practices and emerging trends.
- Coordinate logistics for events meetings and program rollouts.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or project lead

Qualifications
| EDUCATION: |
- Junior senior or graduate student with a minimum 3.0 GPA.
|
| EXPERIENCE: |
- Strong interest in healthcare nonprofit work business or systems improvement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities.
- Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn.
- Respectful of cross-cultural differences and aligned with Cone Healths values.
- Ability to listen empathetically and organize information logically.
