Looking for a highly engaged senior sales leader with a track record of success to join our fast- paced environment providing innovative solutions that simplify restaurant operations for our Flagship customer McDonalds. This position will drive strategy and lead a well- established team of McDonalds Account Managers across 20 facilities in the Central and West Regions of the US.
Location: Must live in either the Central or Western US and live near a major airport.
Compensation: The base salary range for this position and dependent on experience and performance is $160000 - $190000 annually plus uncapped commission. Base plus commission earnings if goal is reached can range from $240000 - $ note that the base salary will vary based on geographic location market conditions and the candidates experience.
Responsibilities:
Develop and lead a team of field-based Account managers to consistently execute strategies to exceed growth and retention goals year over year
Establish and grow high level customer relationships with Franchisee and McDonalds Corporate leaders across multiple field offices and disciplines to promote and grow the value of our supplier partnership.
Work collaboratively and cross-functionally with internal sales operations and shared services leaders to impart a customer-in mindset to achieve company performance objectives
Create and deliver compelling business presentations including comprehensive financial reviews
Required Qualifications:
10 years related industry experience successfully leading teams that deliver short-term and long-term business results
Strong track record of success leading a team to consistently exceed goals year after year.
Ability to build a high-performance team through coaching and development.
Capable of developing and driving a strategy for long-term growth and retention that is balanced between what is best for the Company and for the customer
Develops high level customer relationships across multiple disciplines and senior levels
Track record of success with complex tough business discussions with senior level leaders that result in successful outcomes
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous McDonalds System experience
Experience with Salesforce CRM is preferred
Bachelors degree in Business Sales or Marketing or equivalent training in Business or Sales Management preferred
