About the Role:
Due to contract win Sapphire Utility Solutions are looking to appoint a Fleet applicants will be responsible for managing a companys fleet of vehicles ensuring their efficient operation maintenance and compliance with regulatory requirements. They oversee the daily operations of the fleet including scheduling safety protocols and vehicle documentation
Location: Bamber Bridge Preston
Responsibilities - but not limited to:
Driver Tachograph analysis
Ensure all daily defects are completed.
Ensure all vehicle inspections are completed and any issued raised to Fleet Manager
Ensure all vehicles have a valid MOT services and are taxed. Liaising with operational management about schedules and vehicles off the road.
Complete driving licence checks for points and disqualifications inline with the companies insurance policy
Notify operational managers of preplanned works effecting vehicle usage.
Book appointments with company workshop and ensuring no appointments are missed.
