Title: Legal Office Temp
Location: Baltimore MD
Pay: $18-21.50/hour
Type: Temporary potential to go Perm
Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm EST

Description:
We are seeking a temporary individual to:
- Submit and follow up on bills records and report requests
- Provide assistance to case managers
- Manage phone calls and schedule appointments
- Mail Distribution
- Sending reminders to attorneys and maintaining a professional and organized calendar
- Additional administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- 1 Year Experience in the Legal Field
- Requires direct experience in handling billing and records requests
- Strong Communication Skills (written and oral)
- Professional Demeanor
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
