- Oversee and manage all warehousing and distribution activities including inbound and outbound logistics.
- Ensure effective day-to-day operations of the distribution center aligning with safety and regulatory compliance standards.
- Lead and optimize the transportation network coordinating deliveries and pick-ups across multiple healthcare clients.
- Implement and maintain best-in-class loaner kit management procedures and inventory control processes.
- Manage subcontractor relationships and hold partners accountable for performance safety and cost efficiency.
- Provide logistical and financial oversight to achieve operational goals.
- Lead initiatives to reduce environmental impact and promote green practices across the distribution operations.
- Develop and lead cost-reduction and process improvement projects (CIP).
- Ensure strict adherence to EHS (Environmental Health & Safety) protocols and promote a strong safety culture.
- Drive continuous improvement through data analysis KPI monitoring and implementation of logistics best practices.
- Conduct and lead physical inventories ensuring ERP system accuracy and managing inventory write-offs.
- Support the supervisor the routes.
- Collaborate with other departments (Sales Operations Quality Finance) to ensure smooth workflow and inventory planning.
- Support New Product Introductions (NPI) from a logistics and distribution perspective.
- Develop and mentor the team through structured training coaching and performance management.
- Provide input on budgeting and manage distribution-related costs effectively.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving logistics issues and maintaining high service levels.
- Lead recruitment and onboarding for distribution center personnel.
- Monitor and report on inventory adjustments and cycle counts regularly.
- Experience driving lift

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Logistics Engineering Finance or related field.
- Minimum of 810 years of experience in distribution supply chain or logistics management preferably in a high-volume service or industrial environment.
- Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams in warehouse/distribution settings.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to process efficiency and cost control.
- Advance with ERP systems and MS Office Suite specifically Excel.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid drivers license and willingness to travel locally as needed.
- Good Knowledge regarding chemical storage.
- Experience in the laundry healthcare or service logistics industry.
- Familiarity with green logistics initiatives and sustainability practices.
- Lean Six Sigma or similar continuous improvement certification.
- Experience with transportation routing software and fleet management tools.
