Talent and Engagement Advisor (Part-time)
We are hiring a Talent and Engagement Advisor to help us build a great place to work.
This is a UK-based remote part-time position (2530 hours per week flexible across 45 days) with monthly visits to our Manchester office and occasional international travel (China Malaysia South Africa).
This is aninitial 12-month fixed-term contract.

What youll do:
Lead end-to-end recruitment and make best use of our ATS/workflows
Support the Head of People & Talent with strategic projects
Oversee and support the People & Talent Officer to streamline processes
Drive employee engagement and culture-building initiatives
Lead on people communications to connect colleagues across regions
Use employee feedback to analyse prioritise and drive action
What were looking for:
HR/Talent/Engagement experience with strong recruitment skills
Confident communicator (written presenting facilitating)
Experience in staff engagement and communications
Ability to build relationships and influence at all levels
Analytical mindset with experience using feedback to improve employee experience
