What Youll Do:
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment (E2E) process for technological positions.
- Conduct proactive sourcing across multiple platforms and channels.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and recruitment strategies.
- Drive employer branding initiatives and social media presence.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the process.
- Collaborate with HR and management to align recruitment efforts with business needs.
Requirements:
12 years of experience in recruitment or sourcing experience from an agency or placement company
Genuine interest in the tech industry and motivation to learn about new technologies and roles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive detail-oriented and well-organized approach.
Bachelors degree graduates of technological or engineering programs looking to transition into recruitment are welcome!
Fluent English (spoken and written).
