A leading organisation within the healthcare and consumer sector is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to develop and execute strategic business plans across key pharmacy and wholesale customers.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth managing commercial relationships and ensuring alignment with national objectives. Core duties include implementing account plans negotiating trading terms managing budgets and contracts and analysing sales performance to identify opportunities. This role requires strong collaboration with internal stakeholders across Sales Supply Chain Marketing and Finance to ensure effective customer support and product availability.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Business Sales or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in sales or key account management including 2 years at management level
- Experience in FMCG Pharmacy or Healthcare Wholesale environments
- Strong commercial financial and analytical skills
- Excellent communication negotiation and relationship management abilities
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with Business Intelligence tools advantageous
