Job Summary

A national company is seeking a well-spoken friendly and organized Office Administrator for a 6-month fixed contract at their Port Elizabeth branch.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer and divert telephone calls taking clear messages when necessary
  • Assist the Branch Manager and other staff with administrative duties
  • Ensure smooth and efficient office operations
Requirements:
  • Matric
  • Strong telephone etiquette and excellent communication skills
  • Computer literate in MS Word (Excel experience is an advantage)
  • Well-organized and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Own transport is beneficial
Salary:
R6000 - R10000 per month (indicative market-related offer based on skills and experience)
