Our client is a leading fintech company in Vietnam who is looking for an experienced talent to join their firm.
Key Responsibilities
Develop core digital banking functions such as deposits loans settlements and accounting while gaining deep domain expertise in the fintech and financial services ecosystem.
Collaborate with product owners to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
Design build and deploy microservices and APIs with a focus on scalability performance and resilience.
Ensure software meets high-quality standards through static code analysis security scanning (SAST/DAST) and software composition analysis.
Maintain numerical precision and data integrity across financial transactions.
Lead efforts in test automation continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) to improve development efficiency.
Own the full software development lifecycle from design to deployment and maintenance.
Drive continuous improvement in code quality performance and automation.
Requirements
Required Qualifications
Around 5 years of hands-on experience developing with Java or Kotlin using Spring Boot.
Strong English
Strong knowledge of SQL Apache Kafka and related technologies.
Proven experience in automated testing including API and integration tests.
Solid understanding of relational and NoSQL databases including transaction management schema design and performance optimization.
Expertise in microservice architecture and API design with emphasis on scalability and maintainability.
Familiarity with CI/CD practices and DevOps workflows.
Experience building cloud-native applications on AWS Azure or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in financial institutions banks or fintech startups.
Knowledge of accounting principles double-entry bookkeeping or clearing and settlement systems (CCP).
Experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines from development to production in cloud environments.
Exposure to AI-driven development tools or AI-based process automation.
Interest in AI innovation contributing to our roadmap focused on AI-powered efficiencies and AI integration in financial products.
