Role Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and customization of ServiceNow applications and modules.
- Collaborate with senior developers to design and implement ServiceNow solutions that meet business requirements.

- Develop and maintain technical documentation related to ServiceNow configurations and customizations.
- Perform unit testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the quality of the developed solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications and integrations.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices.
Experience / Competences
Essential
- Experience in ServiceNow administration and development.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification. and other relevant certifications.
- Basic understanding of IT service management (ITSM) concepts and practices.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow platform and its core modules (e.g. Incident Problem Change Service Catalog).
- Experience with JavaScript HTML CSS and other web technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and processes.
Desired
- Experience with ServiceNow development including scripting workflows and integrations.
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
- Experience with REST/SOAP web services and APIs.
