Are you passionate about driving quality and continuous improvement Were looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Coordinator to join our Delivery this pivotal role youll help us maintain and elevate our high standards by auditing work analysing processes and identifying opportunities to improve how we deliver for our customers. Youll collaborate across teams influence change and help shape a culture of excellence and accountability.

Key responsibilities:
- Audit active projects order cases and offboarding to ensure quality and process adherence
- Analyse workflows to identify inefficiencies and blockers
- Document and maintain process maps and SOPs
- Deliver feedback and insights to leadership through reports and dashboards
- Highlight training gaps and support development of training programmes
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement across the Delivery team
- Identify and help resolve cross-team process roadblocks
- Support leadership in creating a positive collaborative working environment
