Job Summary
A vibrant and creative 1118 school in Bath rated Outstanding by Ofsted is looking to appoint an Art ECT for a full-time permanent position from January 2026. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate early career teacher to inspire students and develop their practice in a well-resourced and supportive environment.
About the Role
The appointed Art ECT will teach Art & Design across KS3KS5 guiding students through a range of techniques including drawing painting sculpture printmaking and digital art. They will help learners develop technical skill creative confidence and individual artistic voices.
The successful candidate will also contribute to GCSE and A-Level coursework assist in exhibitions and promote engagement with the local art community through gallery visits and collaborative projects.

Experience and Qualifications
