About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Year 3 Teacher to join this thriving school from January 2026 on a full-time permanent basis.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging and imaginative lessons across the Lower Key Stage 2 curriculum. You will play an active role in the schools strong sense of community working closely with supportive colleagues and families to provide the best possible learning experiences.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering high-quality teaching and learning in Year 3
- Creating a supportive and inspiring classroom environment
- Assessing recording and celebrating pupils progress and achievements
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to plan and develop engaging learning opportunities
- Contributing to school life enrichment activities and events
This is an excellent opportunity for a teacher who is creative committed and eager to make a positive impact on pupils learning and wellbeing.
Experience and Qualifications
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant teaching qualification (e.g. PGCE)
- Experience teaching within Key Stage 2 ideally Year 3
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- High expectations for pupil progress and behaviour
- Legal right to work in the UK
