OF SERVICES
Texas Department of Motor Vehicles requires the services of1 Salesforce Developer hereafter referred to as Candidate(s) who meets the general qualifications ofSalesforce Developer Applications/Software Development and the specifications outlined in this document for the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles.

Performs complex (senior-level) computer programming work in support of the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles (TxDMV) Information Technology Services Division. Writes or modifies existing Salesforce cloud code and configuration of the eLicensing based upon business requirements or verbal instruction from management with the objective of meeting agency needs in one or more agency divisions/units. Trains others thru design specifications or product demos. Works under limited supervision with moderate latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.

8	Required	Progressively responsible experience performing systems analysis design and development on business applications software.
8	Required	Proficiency in various database scripting languages like SQL Apex Native VisualForce
8	Required	Able to work independently and collaborate and communicate effectively with business stakeholders / other team members.
4	Required	Graduation from an accredited 4yr college/university with major in computer science CIS MIS or related field plus 8 yrs of progressive experience in programming or systems analysis/design. Experience and education may be substituted for one another.
4	Required	Experience working with large data sets and bulkification
4	Required	Competency in other languages / development (XML Flex SQL C SOAP-based web service
4	Required	Experience implementing and developing in Apex LWC Visualforce and Java; General web development experience with HTML CSS Javascript
3	Required	Intermediate knowledge of JavaScript and C# language
3	Required	Well-versed with the Lightning framework; Proficient with Microsoft Visual Studio Salesforce Lightning Design System and the Salesforce development lifecycle.
3	Required	Experience with SVN GitHub JIRA
3	Required	Experience in writing software development documentation including designs mockups workflows test cases to ensure functional and optimized performance knowledge transfer documents etc.
3	Required	Advanced scripting skills
2	Required	Experience in technical report writing and documentation specifications.
2	Required	Experience in Confluence with SVN GitHub JIRA
2	Preferred	Experience in Confluence JAMA.
2	Preferred	Agile Management Software Development with Test Driven Development Iterative development Scrum pair and other agile practices and methodologies
2	Preferred	Experience in using IDE like Eclipse Meeclipse STS for debugging and using java coding standards from the beginning of development.
1	Preferred	Texas State Agency developer experience preferably TxDMV
