IEFP Internship Product Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our Product team. You will play a pivotal role in shaping next-generation AI-driven data products that power advanced analytics enrichment automation and intelligent decision-making across enterprises.

In this role youll collaborate with product managers engineers data scientists and business stakeholders to define product requirements translate user needs into actionable features and ensure successful delivery and adoption of our AI platform solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Managers to define product scope goals and KPIs for AI-powered data solutions (e.g. enrichment APIs intelligent agents semantic search lineage tracking etc.).

• Conduct requirements gathering through stakeholder interviews competitive analysis and workflow mapping.

• Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.

• Work closely with data science and engineering teams to ensure product features align with business objectives and technical feasibility.

• Analyze data usage patterns user feedback and performance metrics to recommend continuous improvements.

• Support the creation of wireframes product documentation and mockups for new features.

• Contribute to go-to-market strategy pricing models and positioning by providing business insights.

• Act as a bridge between technical teams and business users to ensure clear communication and alignment.

Qualifications

Must-Have:

• 0-3 years of experience in a Business Analyst or Product Analyst role preferably in a SaaS data or AI/ML-focused company.

• Strong understanding of data concepts: data enrichment metadata taxonomies lineage governance and AI agents.

• Ability to write clear concise and technically sound product requirements.

• Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills.

Nice-to-Have:

• Proficiency with tools like JIRA Confluence Figma SQL and data visualization platforms (e.g. Tableau Power BI).

• Exposure to AI/ML products (e.g. NLP LLMs knowledge graphs agentic workflows).

• Experience working with APIs data catalogs or enterprise data platforms.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
