Job Summary (List Format) DLP Security Analyst
- Deliver Data Loss Prevention (DLP) services globally across enterprise environments
- Administer and configure DLP tools including creating policies performing upgrades patching and reporting
- Monitor and respond to DLP system alerts and other security technology notifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Service Managers IT Operations Network Operations Infrastructure Business Groups) for DLP integration
- Advise stakeholders on effective data protection risk management
- Build and maintain positive relationships within teams departments suppliers and partners
- Demonstrate enthusiasm and a proactive approach to improving data security posture
- Provide technical oversight to project team members ensuring high-quality engagement
- Stay updated on data protection trends and security threats through ongoing learning and research
- Maintain expertise in Microsoft Purview DLP or platforms like Symantec DLP
- Implement endpoint DLP label-based protection and unified service deployment
- Apply information security principles (SIEM endpoint protection incident response)
- Understand Power Platform DLP policies connector classification and data flow controls
- Utilize knowledge of risk management common security attacks and remediation strategies
- Possess relevant Bachelors or Masters degree in computing or information systems
- Communicate effectively in English both written and orally
- Prepare professional reports and present findings to technical staff and executives
- Handle client queries provide recommendations and suggest mitigation strategies
- Experience in public speaking at security conferences is a plus
- Automotive security knowledge is advantageous
- Security certifications such as SC-401 or SC-200 are preferred
