Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior React / React Native Developer with 6 years of experience in building scalable high-performance web and mobile applications. The candidate will play a key role in designing and implementing user-centric solutions mentoring junior developers and ensuring delivery excellence.

As a senior member of the engineering team you will collaborate closely with the Engineering Manager Product Managers and Designers to drive technical decisions and deliver products that delight our users.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development of React (web) and React Native (mobile) applications.
Translate business and design requirements into high-quality scalable code.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product QA Design DevOps) to deliver features end-to-end.
Optimize performance for maximum speed scalability and responsiveness.
Ensure code quality through best practices code reviews and unit/integration testing.
Mentor junior and mid-level developers fostering a culture of technical excellence.
Stay updated with the latest frontend/mobile trends tools and frameworks to improve team efficiency.
Work closely with the Engineering Manager to provide estimates identify risks and plan releases.

Technical Skills:

6 years of professional experience in frontend development with at least 3 years in and React Native.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6) TypeScript HTML5 and CSS3.
Solid understanding of state management libraries (Redux MobX Recoil or Context API).
Experience in RESTful APIs and GraphQL integration.
Knowledge of mobile app deployment (iOS App Store Google Play Store).
Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest React Testing Library Detox Cypress).
Experience with CI/CD pipelines Git workflows and Agile methodology.
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Preferred

Seeking candidates from Tier-1 and Tier-2 engineering colleges with a background in Computer Science or IT
Startup or SaaS-based industry experience is preferred
Experience in WMS TMS ERP or FMS will be an added advantage
