What Youll Do-
Greet every guest listen actively and deliver an exceptional experience

Guide customers to the right vehicle and explain features benefits and promotions

Handle questions objections and complaints with empathy and tact-turn problems into wins

Operate the point of sale accurately; manage transactions and balance the drawer

Maintain a clean organized showroom with sharp displays and signage

Hit and exceed sales goals with professional follow-up and cross-selling

Keep up-to-date on Kia product knowledge services and store policies

HS diploma or Associates degree

Retail or automotive sales experience preferred (well train strong rookies)

Professional appearance strong work ethic and positive team-first attitude

Clear communicator who can read write and do basic math

Able to stand/walk for extended periods in a fast-paced environment
