Job Summary

Requirements & Preferences

Strong Incident Management experience (60 70% of role focus) must be able to respond to alerts and act quickly.

Technical expertise in:

Software Development

Cloud (AWS experience required)

ITIL framework knowledge

Understanding of application functionality

Preferred/Plus Skills:

Google Gemini or other AI/GenAI experience

AI integration knowledge

Prior Capital One experience would be plus

Background or interest in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)

Work Conditions

Shift flexibility (first or second shift- 8 AM to 5 PM or 2 PM to 10 PM)
