AWS Cloud Engineer

As an AWS Cloud Engineer Terraform PostgreSQL Ansible you will play a key role in architecting and implementing scalable secure and efficient cloud solutions. You will lead the design and deployment of cloud-based systems using AWS services ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards and governance policies.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the AWS Cloud Engineer Terraform PostgreSQL Ansible responsible for end-to-end solution design using AWS cloud services such as RDS PostgreSQL Aurora PostgreSQL DynamoDB ElastiCache SQS SNS EventBridge and Data Firehose.

• Develop and maintain Terraform modules templates and automation scripts for efficient and consistent infrastructure provisioning.

• Utilize Ansible playbooks to automate deployment and configuration management tasks.

• Leverage AWS shared services including KMS IAM CloudWatch CloudTrail Config S3 Artifact and Secrets Manager to ensure secure and compliant environments.

• Lead the development of innovative technical solutions that optimize performance scalability and cost-efficiency.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical strategies standards and roadmaps.

• Participate in steering committees to influence architecture and infrastructure decisions.

• Identify opportunities to improve reliability efficiency and automation in cloud environments.

• Foster an inclusive collaborative and high-performing work environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Extensive experience designing and deploying solutions using AWS Cloud Services.

• Strong proficiency in Terraform for infrastructure as code (IaC).

• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL (RDS and Aurora) and other AWS database services.

• Knowledge of automation tools such as Ansible.

• Familiarity with AWS shared services and best practices for security and governance.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong leadership communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience leading large-scale cloud transformation projects.

• AWS certification (Solutions Architect or DevOps Engineer).

• Exposure to CI/CD and DevOps practices.
