Job Title: Construction Manager
Location: Chantilly VA
About the Role We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee and lead a team responsible for delivering a wide range of site development and infrastructure projects in the Chantilly VA area. This position plays a critical leadership role in ensuring projects are executed safely efficiently and in alignment with design budget and schedule objectives. The Construction Manager will also be instrumental in maintaining strong client relationships and guiding project teams toward operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities -
Provide leadership direction and oversight to project managers superintendents and field crews through regular site visits and performance reviews.

Monitor overall project performance ensuring adherence to scope design schedule and budget expectations.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to proactively address and resolve project challenges.

Support and enforce company safety policies ensuring full compliance on all job sites.

Manage communications and conflict resolution with subcontractors vendors and local authorities.
-
Conduct regular progress meetings with project teams and management to track milestones and adjust plans as needed.

Maintain strong professional relationships with clients ensuring satisfaction and repeat business opportunities.

Identify talent within the organization support team development and plan for future leadership succession.
Qualifications -
Minimum 15 years of experience in construction project management site development or similar leadership roles.

Proven ability to manage large-scale construction projects from planning to completion.

Strong leadership communication and organizational skills.

Demonstrated expertise in managing budgets schedules and field operations.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Bachelors degree in Construction Management Civil Engineering or a related field preferred.
