Job Summary

Objectives of this role

  • Provide input to ensure that teams consist of diverse qualified individuals
  • Ensure that staffing needs are being met with a long-term strategy in mind
  • Devise and implement sourcing strategies such as an employer branding initiative to build pipelines for potential applicants
  • Create and implement end-to-end hiring processes to ensure a positive experience for candidates
  • Form close relationships with hiring managers to ensure clear expectations for candidates and interviewers

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal TA team and hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate selection criteria.
  • Source applicants through job portals online channels such as LinkedIn and other professional networks
  • Conduct initial screening calls and shortlist candidates based on job criteria.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and interview panels.
  • Maintain candidate database and update status regularly.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and feedback sharing with candidates.
  • Support documentation and onboarding coordination as required.
  • Track daily/weekly hiring metrics and share reports with stakeholders.

Required skills and qualifications

  • 2-4 of experience in recruitment (preferably Sales & Manufacturing Hirings)
  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • Proficiency with social media CV databases and professional networks
  • Experience in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to proactively source candidates
  • Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends
  • Proficiency in MS excel and making dashboards
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred skills and qualifications

  • Post-Graduate in HR or similar field
  • Knowledge of applicant tracking systems
