Job Title- Dispatch support executive

Job Location- Mandideep Madhya Pradesh

Role & Responsibility

Generation of Invoices & E-way bill for day to day dispatch & monitoring E Way bill expire.

Lead Time monitoring of vehicle movement.

Logistics Operation like Checking of Trailer bed condition & Car Carriers deck condition & monitoring of tractors loading and Transporter follow up

Report preparation and record management.

Sharing Despatch MIS to ROs

Coordination with ROs for MIN.

Knowledge of SAP.

Good Knowledge of MS Office Excel & Word

Candidate should be comfortable on working in shifts
