About the Opportunity

We are hiring a dedicated Medical Coordinator to manage end-to-end operations for the Dr. NTR Vaidya Seva Trust Scheme within a busy hospital setting. The MEDCO will be the primary clinical liaison across treating consultants patients and families trust authorities PMAM and the head-office claims team to ensure accurate documentation timely pre-authorizations and seamless claim processing.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Verify beneficiary eligibility under the Trust scheme and counsel patients/families on coverage scope and process.
  • Coordinate with treating consultants to obtain precise diagnoses treatment plans investigation reports operative notes and discharge summaries.
  • Initiate track and follow up pre-authorizations via the Trust/TMS portal; escalate delays to relevant stakeholders.
  • Facilitate discharge approvals and trigger claim initiation with the Head Office Claims Team; manage resubmissions and query responses.
  • Maintain complete audit-ready clinical documentation and ensure compliance with scheme-specific requirements and timelines.
  • Act as the primary liaison for trust officials on clarifications grievance resolution and periodic compliance updates.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

  • MBBS (Mandatory)
  • F-emale candidates only (as per requisition)
  • Proven proficiency with TMS / Trust portals and hospital information systems
  • Strong knowledge of clinical terminology and medical records management
  • Experience in pre-authorization processing and claims coordination
  • Good computer literacy (MS Office) and ability to maintain accurate timely documentation

Preferred

  • Prior exposure to NTR Vaidya Seva AB-PMJAY ArogyaSri or similar government health schemes
  • Experience working with a head-office claims team or third-party administrator (TPA)
  • Background in hospital patient liaison or medical records coordination
